  1. Took me a while, but could finally fix a MaxAttemptsExceededException in one of our apps that plagued me for the last couple of weeks. 💪 Folks: check that the retry_after setting is greater than the highest job timeout.

      And read @themsaid's book about queues. learn-laravel-queues.com/ I read it, knew he talked about this setting in it, but still forgot to check the setting on the first exception occurance.
