@paulredmond First thing in the morning (06:00) before work. I'm ususally much more focused and full of energy after a good workout. Like that "it's done for today" and I can meet with friends in the afternoon/evening without neglecting health. Also no more back pain. 💪

@paulredmond Not sure how I built the habit. My gym is just 2 walking minutes away and empty in the morning. When I wake up, I immediately change into workout clothes and walk to the gym. No phone time besides starting music/workout app. I think Apple Watch rings were also influential. 🤷♂️
