If sourdough is to complicated for you, I highly recommend making no-knead bread. All you need is flour, yeast, water, salt and an oven proof pan (dutch oven would be 💯, but I use an IKEA pan and it works fine). I follow this recipe and it works great: youtube.com/watch?v=uWbl3Sr2y1Y
